The Boom-SMS SMS Service allows you to send SMS via the Internet or Email. Boom-SMS also provide fully functional Web based and software download facilities enabling you to use your own lists of mobile phone numbers to send to.

Delivery Reports

Boom-SMS offers delivery confirmation (when a message is delivered to to the mobile phone). Web based reporting allows you an up to the minute view of message delivery.

Message Branding/Setting the sender address

Text messages to mobiles can be branded, by setting the SMSID to an alphanumeric string of your choice.

On-line search facility on sent message database

The service tracks all messages and provides on-line information and message tracking. Full details of each sent message available including mobile number, delivery time, message text.

2-Way SMS Messaging - (Sometimes called Virtual Mobile Number or GSN) is available for £25 Set-up fee & £30 per month Fully managed. Minimum 3 months.

Integration with Boom-SMS 2-Way SMS services is simple. Incoming messages can be routed to your application via HTTP or Email. This means that incoming messages (MO messages) can be managed by your own software / database or directly in to a designated email account.

Partnerships

The live online Partner Accounts facility allows Boom-SMS Partners to create and view sub account details, making it ideal for invoicing your own customers, should you want to act as a reseller of SMS Text messages.

Security

When signing up for an account, Boom-SMS will issue a username and password via an automated email. You will need to click on the email to activate your account.

For online Payments Boom-SMS uses Worldpay to receive all payments. Worldpay uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against what is nowadays a virtually non-existent risk. Their systems also have inbuilt system redundancy and fault tolerance, to provide you with a virtually uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Reverse Billing Services - (Premium Rate Short Codes)

Our Reverse Billing SMS & Premium Rate SMS Text services are now available on all U.K. gsn networks. Through the use of a Short Code you can provide your own premium rate SMS text services to mobile phone users in the U.K.

SMS Text Short Codes

To take advantage of Reverse Billing you will require a short code. This is either a 4, 5 or 6 digit number, to which your users send a text to start the process. We offer both shared and dedicated short codes.

Shared Short Code

The most common option is to use one of our existing Short Codes which sees us supplying you with your chosen unique SMS Keyword at your chosen tariff.

Keywords can normally be made live with 2-3 working days. Keywords are subject to availability and a minimum 3 month contract.

Dedicated Short Code

Alternatively we can supply you with your own Dedicated Short Codes on a 12 month contract. You're then free to have as many of your own keywords as you require.
